Acer liquid e screen problems

  My phone is working fine, but the bottom left hand of the screen, the pixels have died. The screen is permanently patched black.  I was it just fine sent a message and did not see anything wrong with screen. About 30 minutes I get home, pick it up to surf the web, the I noticed the problem in the corner. Does anyone what caused this? I got the phone a few weeks so it is still under warranty, I will have to bring it in sometime.  Do does that process work? It sort of sounds like I have to it directly to Acer.

step 1 : back up your important data ( google it )


step 2 : reset your phone ( you should probably do some research on the net to fully understand the consequences )


step 3 : call fido customer service and let them present you with some options.  My feeling is they will probably tell you to go to fido pos to exchange ( your handset still under warranty )
