Acer Liquid E - Text message timeline.

I've had my liquid e for about a month now and the text messaging is really driving me crazy.  All my messages have a correct date and timestamp on them but any messages I receive are stamped 2-3hrs earlier unless they're MMS messages then the stamp is correct.

It's really annoying to have to scroll through my entire conversation everytime I get a text... when is this going to be fixed?  Can I fix it somehow myself?

Ohhhh a month?  That sucks. You should check the forums sooner Cerah  

All you need to do is download a free app from the market place call timestamp fix.  Run it and it will correct the problems with the text messages.  I had the same problem when I got my  Le as did probably everyone else who got one.

Remember to check forums for any problems you have.  There are a lot of people out there that are willing to help.

I had this problem too until I replaced the lacklustre built-in SMS app with Handcent.  It's a free app in the Market.

I highly recommend it if you text a lot.
