Interzip Rogers/Fido Discount

Hello,

I am a long time Fido customer and I am interested in doing the Interzip line between Ottawa and Gatineau.  The website says there is a 15% discount for Rogers and Fido customers but I'm unable to find the discount or promo code anywhere.  I have looked in the Fido perks.  Just wondering if anyone has any information?  Link below:
