Incorrect roaming charges

On 7th Mar I signed up for the "30days US,MEX,Caribbean Roam" for CAD20 and got a confirmation email that this was active from 8th Mar to 7th Apr.  I did it for 2 lines and got this confirmation email for both lines.

Now when I get the bill, I am charged this $20 and also roaming for 8th and 9th Mar.  I am trying to reach billing through Fido chat and X no success. I am on hold on the helpline number since 30mins.
