I just finished 2 years with Fido and paid off my phone. Now I am paying more than what I was with phone. I called and that lady didn't even try to give me good offer. I am gonna switch to another company.

It sounds like you had some promotional credit that also expired. You can log in to your account on fido.ca and see what offers are currently available to you, or you can always contact customer service directly to discuss what options they can extend to you.
