Surprise. Today I called an 888 no charge number which happens to be an insurance company. On line I get a message that the number has been changed and a charge  of $4.99 will be made if I dial the number they, On my landline got throught No Charge. I think this is a money grabing scheme!

Hi there @Valiquetter2

Not sure what happened exactly as your post is a little bit hard to decipher. If you need support and would like to dispute anything on your invoice. please reach us out here and we'll be happy to look into that with you, thank you.

Hi there @Valiquetter2 , the $4.99 charge would be if you had the service dial it for you. If you would have disconnected and dialed the changed number it would have been free. Those call forwarding services charge you to connect to the new number
