wrong charge

Hello. I switched from chatr to fido upon offer of your sales rep-s. I was promised that my plan will not be changed and I would be charged at the end of May, 25$ month plan. Yesterday I received and email bill of 63.97$. Please fix it !! All telephone calls with chatr and fido reps are available upon request. (I never authorized anyone to change my plan of 25$, 63.97$ bill came out of nowhere, I was not informed about it anyways)
