I feel like they are trying to constantly rip me off!! I get charged overusage of data on a line with a no data plan...Which if I hadnt called i'm sure they would of went ahead with the charges anyway...And now their still billing me on a line I cancelled a day ago!!! And that was because of the **bleep** service when it came to customer retention...I was told told bascally take my business elsewhere. I'm a customer of 5+ years with multiple lines. As of today..I just may take their advice. Terrible company!
