winback call

I got a call back from fido and was offered the wingback plan. I was not sure at that time.  but, I made my decision a couple of days later and called fido they said the promotion department does only outbound calls. I got one of the sales representatives to email them to call me back. it has been over two weeks that I have not heard from them.
