why did my voicemail change to French and I can not change to English?

why did my voicemail change to French after i upgrade my plan

and I can not change to English?   I see that this has been a problem why doesn't Fido fix properly?

It was just the wrong code got entered on your plan. Just contact customer service and they can change it for you.
