Unfortunately, I don't believe it's possible to view current roaming charges. I think the issue is related to the likelihood that home networks do not necessarily get usage information in real-time (see here). Since the data records of roaming usage are not forwarded to a customer's home network without some delay, it's not possible for them to provide real time roaming usage.

There is no way to see your current charges before the invoice is produced.
If you want to find out roaming rates you can do that here.
