I can not find it anywhere on the contact us page. The person in store said I needed to email customer service the documents pertaining to my parents account and I can not find anything. They make it impossible to contact them.

Unfortunately, Fido does not offer customer services via email. You would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
If you are required to forward documents to them you could do so via messaging on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
