I know this is pretty old but I just saw this and I thought I'd provide some updated information in case anyone else comes across this and needs the voicemail retrieval number. 
There are now only two voicemail retrieval numbers for all subscribers. For customers subscribed to iPhone Visual Voicemail, it is +1-647-839-6178, and for all other customers with Voicemail, it is +1-416-821-6549.
