I would like to ask the managers at Fido if long-term customers hold any value for them. All the offers provided for Black Friday or Back-to-School seem to be aimed solely at attracting new customers, with no plans or incentives for existing ones!!!! Perhaps it’s time to switch to another company.

Unfortunately, that's how it always is all new promotions are aimed at attracting new customers as an existing customer you need to be proactive at getting deals it will be the same with another provider.
