I setup 2 phone lines earlier in the week. The day after it said "cancled" so I talked with support, they told me it was put on hold and I was to contact Rebecca at Fraud Prevention. Everytime Ive called this week I get no anwser, left a message and get no return call. Id like to get my account active and phones i've already paid the deposit on for my wife and myself.

Please reach out to customer service at your convenience so they can look into this with you and escalate the request with the fraud team if necessary.
