I am unable to login with my account .

We'd need a bit more info on the situation, I have some questions for you:

 

  • What happens exactly when you try to log on?
  • Are you using your email as the username to do so?
  • Are you able to log on Fido.ca My Account?

 

Make sure to have the latest version of the App as well.
