I thought I was. done when I wondered why my phone hadn't made any noise all day. It's not registered on the network. I open my Fido app and log in. I go to my line and look at phone tab, it wants me to set up an esim likely a result of the added line from the day before. My device isn't esim compatible. dead end, don't need a QR code. The other option of replace sim causes a verification to happen to the line that I just completed the transfer on. except it hasn't been setup on the phone yet so I'm stuck in this insane loop. It sends a code no where. When I go in to setup my line and finish the number transfer, I'm faced with an impossible verification. It sends a text to the phone number I just successfully completed the transfer on... meaning the old line that held the number active was closed when the transfer was completed. Now Fido sends the verification code to that line as I am attempting to set it up. 3 hours on the chat got me 1 ch away from telling them to stuff the whole kaboodle. Still unresolved. any suggestions?

Hey!
We're sorry to hear about your situation.
Please contact us here, and we'll be able to help to look further into it.
Another option, if you're looking to replace to a physical SIM card, you can visit our closest store to you here, and request a physical SIM card. We'd suggest giving them a call first to ensure they're available.
Hope this helps.
