someone ported my number and fido is closed !!!! what do i do?!?!???!?!

I'm a participant level 3

Someone ported my number and i never recieved a text - they got into all my emails and other accounts.  I have since secured all my emails and other accounts but fido is closed !!! 


what do i do?!?!?!

i went to account page and all i can do is deactivate as if i lost my phone. 

i still have the physical device.


Someone managed to port my number and i have to wait until tomorrow morning??!??!??!???!


someone anyone please help !!!!
i tried facebook messenger but no reply!!!


Hello @meesh5 , what a horrible thing to happen to you. Have you been able to get assistance with customer service yet? you should call them as soon as you can from your device at *611  or on twitter, look for fidosolutions on twitter. I was able to get a response to  my question fairly quickly this morning. I hope you can get this fixed quickly
