setup service fee

Dear,
I have bought 2 sim card, 4GB, Talk&text-BYOP for 35$ price monthly
seller told me the setup service fee ( 60$) will be deducted from my bill after my account activated, but i have received my bill today , and its not deducted!!
could you please explain it for me?Thank U

If you got a promotion where the setup fee will be credited back those usually take 2-3 billing cycles, if the credit has not been applied by the third invoice then you can contact customer service ad they can look into it for you.
