My account on the Website says that all my 1 time DATA ADD ONS For my previous billing cycle will expire April 16th, 2020
The FIDO APP has added them on for this billing cycle and they will expire May 16th, 2020
I texted the word CANCEL to 222
- BUT it says I have OPTED Out
- HERE IS A SCREENSHOT Of the message
- I don't want the add ons for this billing cycle
- I wanted them the add ons for the last billing cycle
- Why does the FIDO APP say the Add Ons will expire on a different day?
