price matching for loyal customer

'm so disappointed with fido, I've been a loyal customer for 25 years and they are refusing to price match with rogers their sister company for me. they directly told me there's nothing that can be done and my only option would be to change providers to take advantage of their deals instead. Pretty much telling me my loyalty means nothing to them.. its disgusting
