prepaid mail invoice

Hi im trying to get a mail invoice as a proof of residence id like to know if thats possible with prepaid?

Welcome to the community!

I regret to inform you that it is not possible to have an invoice generated with a prepaid account, even upon request. Invoices are only generated for monthly accounts.
