Hi i paid my bill yesterday and today i can't use more my phone because their tell me my balance is insufficient.

what can i do?

Yes, my plan is prepaid and I activate my security pin in the shop but now I can't use more

That would be caused by your balance being too low. You would need to make a refill in order to use it. You can find information on how to refill here:
