poor access to a real person

I have had nothing but problems having Jack chat.  i have requested a call back twice, have received emails confirming that there will be a call coming and nothing.  How do I talk to a real person, ugh!! frustrating, will definately be changing phone plans when contract is up.


Hi @Dena2001 , sorry it's been difficult for you to speak with someone at Fido. May I suggest a quick dm to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and request their assistance? You will dialogue with someone by direct message after answering a few security questions. You will then have record of your conversation in the dm's and you won't have to sit on the phone waiting for your turn in the queue. Here  are the various ways to contact Fido's support.
