I check my mobile phone xxx-xxx-xxxx account Dec bill pending payment is $52.64.Please understand this number already temporary suspension 4 months from 23 Nov 2018 to 23 Mar 2019

Every month pay the $7 for keep this number only. Why you charge $52.64 for this number suspension period?
