no confirmation email

Hi, I ordered a new phone on the morning of November 27 and still have not received a confirmation email as of this evening on November 30th. How long should this typically take? I read 24-48 hours in a different forum post, but I'm well beyond that at this point.

Same here, stuck in upgrade pending. Hoping they honor the deal because now the phone i was trying to order is 25 more.

I called support and there's a huge backorder on Samsung and Apple phones apparently. Looking at late December to early January delivery at this point. We'll have to be patient I guess.
