no bill on myaccount

I'm a participant level 1

we've had fido for more then a year now and even now it doest show a bill only the bill amount 

 

has anyone else had this issue?

It sounds like you are register as an authorized user and not as the account holder. In this case you will need to re-register and choose account holder this time.
