i have been using fido for months
everytime when i try to look at the current bill, it says no bill available.
when i try to look at the older bills, it says no record

That's definitely odd.
Do you get the same error message if you use a different browser as well?
Have you also tried clearing cookies/cache?
Can you also let us know if you're able to login into the Fido application with the same username/password?
