When I first signed up, the fido representative that was helping me skipped my middle name and mentioned just a part of my legal name. I want my full legal name to be on the bill but I can't locate any options to do that and neither is the representative assisting us. What do I do ?

While we need to have your legal name listed as the account holder, we can definitely use your middle name for the call display. If that's what you'd like to do, let me know and I'll send you a private message.
