I would like my outgoing name displayed to others be changed, so that the caller sees UNKNOWN NAME rather than my first/last name on their caller id. I still want my number displayed, just not the name.
I was actually speaking to a customer relations agent about some changes on my account and we were discussing this same issue, he quoted the same policy you noted. I guess Fido put more restrictions on what a user can put for the call display since I last changed mine.
