my account has been deactivated but fido kept on charging me for a year

i got fido as my first service provider. I got an iphone 8plus 64 gb from fido. I paid $300 down then $500 after and $1100 later so my account and contract was done but after a year when I opened my account i see $500 so i call the customer care the person tells me the account is deactivated there is nothing to worry about very good service though but i open my account again and i see a charge of $1000 but for what?? I deactivated my account and i am still being charged?? You guys are saying that iphone 8 64gb will cost me $2900 ??? I haven't been using fido since mid 2019 but you kept charging me. The support is closed what am I suppose to do ? fido please don't take away my hard earned money. @fidob @FiDom @FidoCustomer
