i just called and ask to cut the line under my daughters name , but it still activated, but her cel # is already in freedom mobile, it seems that she has two provider in one celpon no.

It's normal to have 2 providers during a port request, that situation can last anywhere from 2.5 hours up to a week.
Is she still getting any service with the Fido SIM card in the phone?
