incoming calls cant leave messaged

I need support to figure out why incoming calls have no option to leave messages. I set up my voicemail.

This might be because your call forwarding isn't setup to go to voicemail after a certain amount of time. You can try to setup conditional call forwarding using the instructions here. As for the voicemail number you need to forward to, you can find that here.
