I noticed a new device with a plan added to my account. I did not order, or authorize this transaction. I did not order or get any device. A new line is added to my account. It is a scam certainly. Someone without my knowledge, permission and authorization processed this transaction and someone received a new iPhone 15 Pro.

Hello @FidoMSUser , I'm sorry to hear that you were a victim of unauthorized purchase on your account. Have you spoken with fido customer service to stop access to your account? You may want to change your password and pin to prevent any further attempts on your account. If you haven't done so already, you may want to do this as soon as possible.
