iMessage and FaceTime on iPhone XS

iMessage and FaceTime aren't working on my Fido account with my iPhone XS. I removed my sim and powered it down and neither of those work. The service is turned on as is iMessage. What can be the trouble?

Since these aren't services that we offer support for, I would recommend checking with Apple's tech support. 

Are your regular Fido services working?
