i been extra charged 470$ for a fido mistake,im ask refund it to my original payment, then fido put it to my account credit. now I had enough with fido just want rest of money in my account back

There are a few conditions to keep in mind though as there's a hold period of 90 days for payments before they can be refunded.
That said, the other option is to leave the funds on file and each month they can be used to pay your invoice
