how to return a sim card

Hi, they called me from fido to offer me to upgrade my phone, so i took an offer with new phone, a new sim card for my kid and a tablet..the next day i received only the new phone and new sim card, i called them to ask about the tablet so next day they sent me another sim card!! what shall i do? how can i return one sim card
