how to delete monthly subscriptions?

Ok. So I have this data plan and want to remove it, but i can't find the "manage" or whatever to click on do remove it. Someone tell and help me to find this or how to remove this add on? Thanks in advance.

I dont think you can remove it from online, however you can always call them over the phone and they can remove it the old fashioned way.
