Fido will send you the balance by cheque in the mail to the address on file. It usually take 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Hello again @XiPengWang if you updated your address before you did the cancellation then the cheque should be mailed to that address. If not then you should contact customer service to have this updated.
