fido customer support is closed at 11AM Friday according to answering machine

hey, its friday, 11AM as of Ontario. fido offices are in montreal with same time zone. i tried to conatct customer service at this time. answering machine is saying offices are closed right now. what the heck is this. you guys are a huge company making huge mistakes. very much disappointed.
