fidelity customer promotion on wrong phone

So i've been a fido cutomer for a while now and when i went to upgrade my phone i saw that the fidelity promos were only available on the other phone and im very confused because i've been with fido for longer.. when my mom called the guy from customer service said that my phone was the one with the fidelity deals but online it shows that the other one is.
