Cancelling your services would have to be done by customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account. You should note that if you are currently under contract, cancelling your services would mean that the remaining balance of your device would be charged to your account.
