Yes, call customer support or chat online with a Fido rep through My Account to add Call Display. Unfortunately, Fido recently increased the price to $6. You just missed getting it for $5.

I just wish to correct nick's answer:

Call display alone is $7 plus tax. Call display with name display and WhoCalled is $8 plus tax.
