device repair and adding line

Broken phone screen damaged wanted to get my husband a phone and I thought I would upgrade mine to the new TCL and he can have my repaired old TCL and then set up a family line

I have device protection for my TCL 20s would that be possible and what areas looking at ft or everything

Good morning @arROARaboryalys , you can probably do what you want. You would have to contact customer support Here to talk to them about it. I would try Twitter or do it myself online through the app or on fido.ca

You can save a $50 administration fee if you do it yourself online. Whichever method you choose,  a customer service representative should be able to guide you. Cheers
