I tried to upgrade my account online but Fido actually created a new account and phone number. Now I am unable to contact anyone to get this resolved and a charge is pending for the new unwanted account. AskJack keeps timing out as no Agent responds in time. I cannot locate a Service phone number to get help. Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?

You can always dial *611 from your Fido mobile device to contact customer service, apart from that you can find the many different ways to contact Fido here.

 

Just reach out to customer service and they can assist you in rectifing the account mix up.
