fido has been calling me non stop to make a payment on my bill, everytime I answer, the robot keeps saying "this is a message from fido" and hangs up. everytime i try to call. fido back, my call keeps. getting redirected to an automated voice message, and i have no way possible to speaking to a REAL PERSON. Watch my service get cut because i am not able to make payments, because the robot kept on hanging up on me. It's been several years i am with fido, and i keep getting horrible customer service. I can not wait for my contract to be over to change cellphone companies.
