My monthly bill is usually between $64-68. For the month of Feb (billed Feb21), I received a bill for just a little under $26. Looking at the bill details, it shows a hardware credit offer of (-35 plus taxes). I believe this was in line with most providers no longer subsidizing the phone (and I was therefore relieved at the adjustments). However, for this current billing cycle (March 31). My bill is back to ~$64ish. I have not been able to download the PDF files to see the details of the billing (website won't complete loading) nor can I see any details of my account (overview, dashboard etc), other than the actual bill and due date. Was the $25 incorrect or was it a one-time only credit? What is wrong with the website, I've been trying to access my account details for the last 4 days without any success. Any help or clarification would be appreciated.
