How do I change the display name without changing the account information?

You actually answered your own question. When you call customer service, tell them you want to change the "User Name" or "Subscriber Name" on the account. This will reflect on the second page of your bill as well as when you call out the first 15 chars will show up.

You can try the Online Chat with a Customer Care agent, but I am not sure if they can or can not do it for you.
