I am trying to upgrade my phone and I can't proceed with step 2. I keep getting the following message "We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)"
I have tried on different browsers (chrome, firefox, edge) after emptying cache / deleting history. However, it did not solve the issue. Can anyone help me upgrade my phone?
