cannot upgrade online

Hello,

 

I tried to upgrade my phone online since last week. I keep getting the message: We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436). 

 

Clear cache & cookies doesn't help. It seems not a new issue. Is there any way I can complete the request?

We'll have to look into this and for now the transaction can only be completed through customer service. You can contact us through one of those channels or we can send you a PM here on the Community.
